We’ll give you a call to learn more about what you need. During this call, you'll talk about the scope of the project, learn more about your property, and what your needs are. Assuming we’re a fit, we’ll get your On-Site Visit scheduled, typically within one to two weeks. You’ll receive a confirmation by email or text the day before.

On-Site Visit
This 30–60 minute meeting is your chance to share ideas, go over pain points, and walk through your property, with one of our expert landscape supervisors. We recommend having all decision-makers at this meeting and if a design fee applies, that will be discussed up front.

Design & Estimate Phase
Depending on the scope of your project, we’ll move into the design phase. If a custom design is required, a design fee will be discussed and collected before work begins.

- Hardscape or full installs typically follow a two-part estimate: rough pricing in about two weeks, and a full 3D design, if applicable and final pricing within four weeks. During this time, you’ll also be reviewing and selecting materials.

For projects that include a custom design, such as patios, retaining walls, or full outdoor living spaces, we’ll schedule an on-site presentation to walk you through the visual rendering and full proposal.
